Aloe Vera

 

Aloe Vera products - especially drinks - provide a host of nutrients that the body requires.  Aloe Vera is also often called the Miracle Plant or the Natural Healer.  Names, that have survived over 4000 years during which this amazing medicinal herb has benefited mankind.  Aloe Vera has been used for thousands of years as a safe, natural remedy. It is not new, and has a massive weight of historical and scientific evidence to testify to its efficacy.  A good Aloe drink does; however, provide the immune system with the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc. that it needs to function properly

“Aloe ingestion, both crude and processed, was shown to extend (about 10%) average life span and slow the mortality rate doubling time.  Moreover, no adverse, toxic effects were found with the ingestion of aloe vera. "

Known to herbalists and medical folklorists for centuries as the "medical plant" or "the potted physician", this cactus-like plant with green dagger-shaped leaves is filled with a clear, viscous gel and was brought from Africa to North America in the sixteenth century.  The extract also contains numerous trace elements, the Vitamins A, C and E and 7 (of 8 existing) essential amino acids.  In recent decades, medical research has confirmed and extended many of the health claims.  Following are a number of merits that have been discovered when consuming liquid Aloe.  The plant helps heal wounds, supports surgical recovery, screens out radiation, eases intestinal problems, reduces blood sugar in diabetes, curtails HIV infection, stimulates immune response against cancer and benefits lung cancer.  In conclusion, Aloe Vera is an excellent and well known product that promoted well-being and along with its healing qualities, serves as a unique pain-reliever.

 

Green Tea

 

Green tea awakens the mind and refreshes the spirit.  Green tea specifically has been associated with the protection against certain types of cancer.  Moreover, an observational study in Japan found that the regular consumption of green tea might be protective against recurrence of breast cancer in the early stages.  Green tea is used for its anti-oxidant properties, to help fight mental and physical fatigue, its general health enhancing properties, in the fight against cancer, help to prevent blood clotting tendencies, lower blood cholesterol levels and the regulation of blood sugar levels. Furthermore, green tea is also used in weight loss programs since the matter stimulates increases metabolism.  The substance contains a number of potent antioxidants that are safe and non-toxic such as catechin, epigaltocatechin, flavonoids, bioflavonoids, fluoride, gallic acid, polyphenols, tannin, theophylline, Vitamin C as well as a small amount of caffeine, which could not be identified as per the examination report of “GfL Gesellschaft fuer Lebensmittel-Forschung mbH (= GfL Corporation for Grocery Science – accredited Laboratory for Fruit- and Vegetable Juices and related products, of which I have provided a copy to you today).

 

 

Artichoke

Studies show that Artichoke reduces blood levels of both cholesterol and triglycerides.  It also appears to improve liver function by increasing bile production, preventing the formation of gall stones and aids with the treatment of atherosclerosis.  These outcomes have been observed both in animal and in human studies.  In addition to nutrients such as lipids, sugars and vitamins, Artichoke contains a bitter substance called cynarin.   Artichoke leaf extract has proven to be a safe and natural way to maintain and improve general health, because of its many applications to essential physiological functions.
